앱에서 바로 삭제하기 (가장 빠름)
- 해달 앱을 열고 설정으로 이동
- 계정 삭제를 누름
- 안내를 읽고 한 번 더 확인
확인하는 즉시 삭제되고 로그아웃됩니다.
앱 없이 삭제 요청하기
앱을 지웠거나 로그인할 수 없다면 이메일로 요청하세요.
본인 확인을 거쳐 7일 안에 삭제하고 결과를 회신합니다. 본인 확인을 위해 추가 정보를 요청할 수 있습니다.
삭제되는 정보
- 즉시 삭제: 프로필(이름·시간대·언어), 로그인 정보, 푸시 알림 토큰과 알림 설정, 내가 쓴 답, 내가 올린 사진
- 30일 뒤 삭제: 커플이 연결된 상태였다면 연결이 해제되고, 커플이 함께 쓰던 기록(질문, 만남 날짜 등)은 두 사람 모두 즉시 볼 수 없게 된 뒤 30일 후 영구 삭제
남는 정보
- 장애 복구용 백업: 최대 7일 뒤 자동 삭제
- 삭제 처리 기록: 내용과 회원 식별 정보 없이 처리 시각·건수만
- 법령상 보관 의무가 있는 기록(신고 처리 기록 등): 그 법령이 정한 기간 동안만
계정은 두고 일부만 지우고 싶다면
특정 답이나 사진만 지우고 싶다면 같은 주소로 요청하세요. 연결을 해제하면 커플 기록 전체가 30일 뒤 삭제됩니다.

Delete your Otter Half account

Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open Otter Half and go to Settings
- Tap Delete account
- Read the notice and confirm
Your account is deleted and you are signed out immediately.
Request deletion without the app
If you uninstalled the app or can't sign in, email us.

Account deletion request
- Include: how you signed in (Apple, Kakao, or Google), your display name in the app, and the email you signed up with (if you know it)
After verifying that the account is yours, we delete it within 7 days and email you to confirm. We may ask for more information to verify your identity.
What is deleted
- Immediately: your profile (name, time zone, language), sign-in information, push tokens and notification settings, your answers, and your photos
- After 30 days: if you were connected, the connection ends; shared couple records (questions, meeting dates, and so on) become invisible to both people right away and are permanently deleted after 30 days
What we keep
- Disaster-recovery backups: removed automatically within 7 days
- A deletion record with only the time and counts — no content and no account identifier
- Records we must keep by law (such as report handling records), only for the period the law requires
Delete some data but keep your account
To delete specific answers or photos, email the same address. Disconnecting from your partner deletes all shared couple records after 30 days.
